Terms of service

These are the terms you agree to when you buy from zenso.store. We have written them in plain English rather than legal language, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

Who you are buying from

zenso.store is operated by GC ONEUNIVENTURE SDN BHD (Company No. 1270575-V), a company registered in Malaysia and an authorised distributor of Wellous products. ZENSO is a Wellous brand. When these terms say "we", "us" or "ZENSO", we mean GC ONEUNIVENTURE SDN BHD. You can reach us at hello@zenso.store.

What ZENSO is — and what it is not

ZENSO products are food supplements. They are not medicine, and they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not claim that ZENSO treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition, and you should be careful of anyone selling you a supplement who does.

Speak to your doctor before you start if you have any medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are unsure whether this suits you. Do not use ZENSO if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are under 18, this is not for you.

If something does not feel right once you have started, stop taking it and speak to a healthcare professional. Then tell us, so we can help.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you a specific result, a specific number, or a specific timeline. Bodies differ, starting points differ, and lives differ. Anyone who guarantees you an exact outcome from a supplement is guessing, and we would rather be honest than impressive.

Your ZENSO Consultant

Every programme includes a ZENSO Consultant — the person you speak to on WhatsApp. She reads your body assessment before day one, checks in through the programme, and adjusts your plan when it stops working. If your month does not go the way you hoped, she keeps working with you at no extra cost, beyond the 30 days if that is what it takes.

She is not working alone. The protocol she follows is designed and reviewed by our Medical & Research Board of Advisors, and our in-house dietitian and nutritionist sit behind her. Where a question goes beyond general programme guidance, she escalates it to them rather than guessing.

That commitment depends on you taking part. She can only adjust what she can see, so it assumes you complete your assessment honestly, reply to her check-ins, and tell her what is actually happening. If you stop responding, she cannot do her half, and the commitment cannot reasonably continue.

Consultant guidance is general nutrition and product support. It is not a medical consultation and does not replace your doctor.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify the delivery details, or if we have reason to believe it is not a genuine consumer purchase. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.

We try to keep the site accurate, but if a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing rather than quietly charging you the wrong amount.

Delivery, replacements and cancellation

Set out in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. In short: free delivery across Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak, dispatch within 24 hours, and anything damaged, wrong, missing or not authentic gets replaced.

Buying for resale

We are an authorised Wellous distributor, and everything sold here comes to you through that chain. Our programmes are sold for personal use. If you want to stock or resell ZENSO, talk to us first at hello@zenso.store. Products bought here are not authorised for resale on marketplaces — counterfeits and badly stored stock are a real problem in this category, and that protects you as much as us.

Your information

Your body assessment and anything you share with your Consultant are handled under our Privacy Policy. We use them to plan and adjust your programme. We do not sell your personal information.

Please keep your details accurate, particularly your delivery address and phone number, since couriers rely on both.

Our content

The ZENSO name, the Kuro 154 Matrix™ name, our text, photography, video and design are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to share and link to our pages. Please do not copy our content for commercial use, or present our material as your own.

If you send us a photo, review or message and we would like to use it publicly, we will ask you first.

Where our responsibility ends

We stand behind our products and our service, and the sections above say exactly what that means in practice.

Beyond that, we are not responsible for outcomes outside our control: results that differ from someone else's, courier delays once a parcel has left us, or losses caused by using the products in a way we did not advise. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it ever gets that far, please email us — almost everything is solved with a conversation.
