What to ask, and who answers it

About your order — delivery, tracking, a damaged or missing item, changing an address. Email or WhatsApp, either works. Our shipping and replacement terms are set out in the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

About the programme — which set suits you, how the daily ritual works, what to expect. This is a conversation with a ZENSO Consultant, not a form. WhatsApp is the right door.

Something medical — if you take prescription medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before starting. Our Consultants provide programme guidance, not medical advice, and they will tell you plainly when a question belongs with your doctor rather than with us.
