This notice explains how GC ONEUNIVENTURE SDN BHD (Company No. 1270575-V), trading as ZENSO, collects and handles your personal data when you use zenso.store or speak to our consultants. It is issued under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect
- Order and account data — name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history.
- Payment data — processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
- Consultation data — information you choose to share with a ZENSO Consultant on WhatsApp, which may include weight, measurements, dietary habits and health background.
- Website and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and actions such as adding to cart or completing a purchase.
2. Health-related information
Information about your health is treated as sensitive personal data under the PDPA and is processed only with your explicit consent. You choose what to share with a ZENSO Consultant, and you may decline to share health information and still purchase from us. We use it solely to guide your use of the ZENSO programme.
ZENSO products are food supplements. Our consultants provide product guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment, and nothing you receive from us is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To provide consultant support and programme guidance.
- To respond to enquiries and handle replacements.
- To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to show you relevant advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Cookies and advertising technology
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). These collect information about your activity on zenso.store — such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases completed — and share it with Meta so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people likely to be interested in ZENSO. The Conversions API sends this information from our server as well as from your browser. Some identifiers, such as your email address or phone number, may be shared with Meta in a hashed (scrambled) form for matching.
You can manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the store works.
We do not currently use Google Ads, TikTok or other advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with parties who need it to run the business:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform and hosting.
- Payment providers — to process payments securely.
- Delivery partners — to fulfil your order.
- Meta Platforms — as described in section 4.
- Wellous and our advisory and clinical partners — where needed for product quality, safety or programme support.
- Regulators or authorities — where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside Malaysia
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a comparable level of protection to that required under the PDPA.
7. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by Malaysian tax and accounting law. Consultation records are kept for the duration of your programme and a reasonable period afterwards for continuity of support. Marketing and website data is retained only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Limit how we process your data.
- Withdraw your consent, including consent to marketing or to the use of health information.
Write to hello@zenso.store and we will respond within the period required by law. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain parts of the programme.
9. Keeping data secure
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
ZENSO products and this store are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published at zenso.store. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Malay versions, the English version prevails.
