What the Kuro 154 Matrix is

154 is not a marketing number. It is the count of bioactive compounds across the five Kuro formulas, each one mapped to what it does in the body. This page lists all 200 documented benefits, so you can check the claim for yourself.

Where the 154 comes from

Each Kuro formula is built from named ingredients: Kagoshima Kurozu, six patented extracts, proteins, fibres, vitamins and minerals. Inside those ingredients are the compounds that actually do the work: organic acids, polyphenols, amino acids, peptides, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre and plant compounds. Count them across all five formulas and you get 154. Kosen 28, Mizu 30, Daitto 52, Shuga 23, Oiru 21.

Why 200 is bigger than 154

One compound often does more than one thing. Acetic acid from Kurozu steadies blood sugar after a meal and feeds the gut at the same time. Leucine builds muscle and helps you feel full. So 154 compounds give 200 documented actions, grouped into 15 areas below. About a quarter of them are about weight. The rest are about the body around it: gut, sleep, skin, bones, energy.

How to read the list

Pick a pack to see what its compounds do, or pick an area of the body. The lines are written the way the research describes them, with the compound named, so your doctor or pharmacist can look any of them up. They describe the documented action of an ingredient, not a guarantee of what you will feel.
