Will the weight come back when I stop?
That is the right fear to have, and it is the reason the system exists. Anything that pulls one lever gives you a borrowed result — stop, and the four systems you never touched pull the weight straight back, usually with less muscle than you started with. ZENSO works on all five together, and your dietitian spends the programme teaching you what actually holds it, so the plan does not depend on you staying on something forever. We will not promise you a number or a date, and we would be careful of anyone who does.
I have a health condition. Can I take this?
Speak to your doctor first — genuinely, before you order. They know your history and your medication, and we do not. ZENSO is a food supplement, not medicine, and it does not treat, cure or prevent any condition. The same answer applies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18. Once your doctor is comfortable, tell your dietitian before you start so she plans around your situation instead of handing you a generic plan. That one-to-one check is exactly why a dietitian comes with every order.
Do I have to starve?
No, and skipping meals works against the system anyway. Restriction is what taught your body to run on less in the first place — it lowers metabolism and takes muscle before fat. The programme works by repair rather than restriction: Kuro Kosen feeds the gut so your own fullness signal switches back on, which is a very different experience from forcing yourself to stop eating.
I eat out constantly and I travel for work.
Then most plans were never going to fit you. They quietly assume home cooking, weighed portions and free evenings, and when the plan does not fit the life, the life wins every time. Your dietitian builds around the week you actually have — work dinners, travel, family meals and all. Tell her the truth about your schedule in the first assessment and it saves everyone a month.
I have no time to exercise.
The system does not require a gym. It works on the five systems that set your weight, not on burning calories through activity. Movement helps, as it helps with most things, but the programme is not built on the assumption that you will find five hours a week you do not have.
Can I just buy one product?
You can, but we would rather be straight with you: buying one is the same mistake as every diet that came before. One product moves one system and the other four compensate. The system is the point — that is the whole argument, and it would be dishonest of us to take your money while quietly hoping you do not notice.
Why does it cost this much?
Three reasons, plainly. It is five products rather than one. They are dosed at the levels used in the research rather than at a level that looks good on a label — and the six patented actives inside cost what they cost. And a qualified dietitian is included for the whole programme, which is normally a service you would pay for separately.
There is a cheaper version of ZENSO we could have made: generic actives, smaller doses, a friendlier shelf price. It would also have been the same thing you already tried. Bought separately, the products alone come to more than the programme price.
How is this different from the jab?
The injection works on one thing: it shuts appetite down from the outside. It works while you are on it. The concerns people raise with us are what happens to muscle, and what happens when they stop.
ZENSO is not a needle and not a drug. It works on restoring your own fullness signal rather than overriding it, and Kuro Daitto is there specifically to protect muscle while your body changes. If you are currently on any prescribed treatment, speak to your doctor before adding anything.
I am in menopause, or past 40. Does this still work?
This is one of the most common reasons people come to us. As oestrogen falls, fat storage shifts toward the middle and the metabolism that carried you through your thirties slows year on year. It was not the wrong effort — it was the right effort for a body you no longer have. Your dietitian plans for the body you have now, which is the part a generic plan cannot do.
My body has felt different since having a baby.
Pregnancy resets your hormones, broken sleep keeps cortisol high, and a core that is still recovering does not answer to what used to work. If you are still breastfeeding, this is not for you yet. If you are past that, tell your dietitian where you are in recovery and she will plan around it rather than through it.

What happens if my 30 days do not go the way I hoped?
Your dietitian reworks the plan and keeps supporting you at no extra cost — beyond the 30 days if that is what it takes. That is not a campaign promise; it is how Wellous has operated since 2016.
To be straight about the one condition: it depends on you being in it with her. She can only adjust what she can see, so it does mean replying to her check-ins and telling her what is actually happening. If you go quiet, she cannot do her half. That is not a technicality — it is simply how coaching works.
